According to a new Axios report, the propagandistic memo from Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) is just the beginning of Republicans’ war on government agencies that don’t fall into line behind President Donald Trump’s authoritarian administration.

“The House Intelligence chair and his team have told members and associates they’ve found other examples of politically motivated ‘wrongdoing’ across various agencies, including the FBI, the broader Justice Department, and the State Department,” Swan writes.

He reports that Republican sources near Nunes “say there could be as many as five additional memos or reports.”

The previously released memo was declassified by Trump to boost his false claims against the FBI. The text of the memo actually provided further evidenceagainst his conspiracy theories.

Mike Johnson (R-LA), using the Motion to Vacate she filed last month. She told Fox viewers she wanted to return to her House district to “listen to voters” before acting, however.

Trump campaign press pass brandished on air by QAnon podcaster Brenden Dilley

Trump's Hour On CNN Was A Profile In Cowardice

Vanity Fair recently reported that several journalists from mainstream publications, including The Washington Post, NBC News, Axios, and Vanity Fair, were denied press access to Trump’s campaign events, seemingly in retaliation for their previous critical coverage. Meanwhile, Media Matters found that the campaign has granted press credentials to the QAnon-promoting MG Show and Brenden Dilley, a podcaster who has promoted the QAnon conspiracy theory and leads a “meme team” that creates pro-Trump content.
